Still struggling to find a meaningful gift for someone you love?

Need something that is filled with love but costs nothing?

One of the most meaningful gifts we can give each other (and ourselves) during this time is not another thing that was mass produced, over consumed, and soon forgotten… but an experience that supports healing at a foundational level, repairing the nervous system, reducing inflammation, supporting healthy sleep, smoother digestion, boosted bone and muscle integrity, even long term anti-aging benefits and much, much more.

That’s why I created these totally free, instantly printable grounding coupon books for you to give to absolutely anyone and everyone you love.

They’re a simple, tangible way to invite healing, presence, and connection — whether that’s with a partner, a child, a loved one, or a gift to yourself.

These are completely free coupon books you can print out literally right now and slip into a stocking, tuck into a holiday card, or even place on your own bathroom sink or tape to your mirror as a promise to yourself that once the holiday bustle settles, you’ll step outside and reconnect with the Earth.

Each coupon book offers a 9 fun and uplifting invitation to spend intentional time grounding, plus a cover coupon to fill out to your gift recipient.  No special equipment. No prep. Just the body doing what it’s designed to do when it reconnects electrically and biologically with the earth.

These coupons are meant to feel easy, doable, nourishing, uplifting, fun and totally realistic to fit in — even during a busy holiday season.

Available in three versions… print one, print two, or print all three so you are sure to be prioritizing some self care for you too this holiday!  Actually, I highly suggest you print out the self care one FIRST for yourself — like putting your own oxygen mask on first, it helps you and everyone around you — and then print out as many copies of the other coupon books as you like:

And because grounding doesn’t have to be long or elaborate to be effective, here are a dozen additional quick grounding ideas you can do in under 10 minutes — perfect for travel days, busy schedules, or moments when your body needs fast nervous-system support, or a boost in immune function, or mood support:

    1. Immediately after waking, step outside barefoot or hold onto a tree or signpost, turn your face towards the sun to help reset circadian rhythm.
    2. Sit outside with bare feet on the Earth, pavers, brick, cement or sidewalk while sipping tea or coffee in the morning.
    3. Lean against a tree and allow your shoulders to drop.  Look up. Smile. The sky is “yes”.
    4. Ground while stretching — simple calf, hamstring, neck rolls or spinal stretches outdoors does wonders.
    5. Sit on the ground with your back supported and place one hand on your heart.  Repeat the mantra “I am safe in my body” three times.
    6. Head outside for a few minutes with your pet — you can ground through a dog or a cat outside (even while staying bundled up, just touching their snout, ears or belly with your fingertips) as easily as grounding through a tree or other living thing on the earth, and a pet is so much warmer!
    7. Place your bare feet on soil or grass and gently roll your ankles to stimulate circulation after traveling.
    8. Ground briefly during travel to help recalibrate your nervous system — pulling over for a few deep breaths while touching a tree or a sign post at a rest area is enough to make a difference.
    9. Let children ground outside for a few minutes of play while you supervise (or join in!) as the movement plus earth contact is fabulous for all of you!
    10. Take a warm bath before bed — you will be grounded the entire time, perfect to help you ease into deep sleep.

Even brief grounding sessions — like simply washing your hands in the bathroom for a minute, or doing the dishes at the kitchen sink, or stopping at an outdoor rest stop on a long drive and holding onto a tree or metal sign post for a few deep breaths — help lower stress hormones, improve autonomic balance, support immune resilience, and protect the body during times of increased exposure to germs, travel, and disrupted routines.

Small moments add up… especially when they’re intentional. In fact, in less than a millisecond you will notice relief — you can read more about how long it takes depending on what your health goals are in this free article I wrote for you here:

Grounding Benefits Over Time

And for even more ideas for long term healing, I wrote this free article for you to inspire you to reach all of your health goals in 2026, with grounding support that actually makes a difference:

Meanwhile print these coupons out right now and surprise a friend, a neighbor, a coworker, a partner, a niece, a nephew, your own children or as a commit to yourself to gift yourself 9 grounding sessions as part of your 2026 healing plan.

Simply print the ones you’d like, cut them out, and gift them—or keep them for yourself as a gentle commitment to prioritize healing time outdoors after the holidays are over.

You could start the first 9 days in 2026 off with a 10 minute grounding session each day, or even do one grounding session a week for the first 9 weeks of 2026 and you absolutely will feel a noticeable difference.

May these coupons be a reminder that healing is accessible, simple, free and waiting just outside your door.
