Why Your Fascia Is Your Best Friend + 3 Ways To Support It For A Lifetime

Did you know your entire body is held together with a fiberous network of collagen called fascia? And did you know that this fascia is all semi-conductive, and gets grounded immediately the minute your body touches the earth? Feel Immediate Relief With Grounding: Relax Your Muscles, Strengthen Your Bones

Our musculoskeletal system, the bones, muscles, ligaments and joints that hold us together and allow us to function all day long, is the perfect conduit for grounding.   When you touch the earth outside, your entire body is instantaneously grounded and this is because your entire musculoskeletal system is conductive. The fact that our entire skeleton as well as the connective tissues that hold all our organs and soft tissues in place within our skeleton is a conductive conduit for healing is the basis for how and why grounding works. Lithium In Our Drinking Water?

Many recent studies have come out lately showing just how important the mineral lithium is to our health. And I’m all for whatever natural solutions we can find to preserve health… but not this one.   I’ll give you details below on studies that show that long term lithium use is associated with a reduced risk of dementia, and this is on top of previous studies that show that lithium may actually lower our over all lifetime risk of cancer. Low vitamin D levels are associated with a substantial acceleration of memory loss and cognitive decline, a new study shows.   Published Sept 14, 2015 in JAMA Neurology, researchers looked at baseline vitamin D levels and mental status change in over 380 adults (average age 75 years old.)   Here is what they found:   35% of participants were vit D insufficient. Average vit D levels were lowest among participants found to have dementia (average levels were 16 ng/mL — goal vit D levels are 40 ng/mL or higher according to the Vitamin D Council.) 5 Crucial Ways To Improve Bone Strength (no Rx needed…)

I just returned from a medical conference and one of the sessions was a 2015 update on osteoporosis prevention and treatment.   The room was filled with physicians approaching bone health from an incredibly narrow, conventionally minded angle.   It was very limited and it was actually downright upsetting — we spent 99% of the lecture discussing the side effects of osteoporosis Rx and how to try to navigate around the fact that the prescriptions actually make bones more brittle, increase atypical fracture risk, and even double cancer risk.   NO thank you.   That presentation fired me up
