Feel Immediate Relief With Grounding: Relax Your Muscles, Strengthen Your Bones

Our musculoskeletal system, the bones, muscles, ligaments and joints that hold us together and allow us to function all day long, is the perfect conduit for grounding.   When you touch the earth outside, your entire body is instantaneously grounded and this is because your entire musculoskeletal system is conductive. The fact that our entire skeleton as well as the connective tissues that hold all our organs and soft tissues in place within our skeleton is a conductive conduit for healing is the basis for how and why grounding works. Lithium In Our Drinking Water?

Many recent studies have come out lately showing just how important the mineral lithium is to our health. And I’m all for whatever natural solutions we can find to preserve health… but not this one.   I’ll give you details below on studies that show that long term lithium use is associated with a reduced risk of dementia, and this is on top of previous studies that show that lithium may actually lower our over all lifetime risk of cancer. 5 Crucial Ways To Improve Bone Strength (no Rx needed…)

I just returned from a medical conference and one of the sessions was a 2015 update on osteoporosis prevention and treatment.   The room was filled with physicians approaching bone health from an incredibly narrow, conventionally minded angle.   It was very limited and it was actually downright upsetting — we spent 99% of the lecture discussing the side effects of osteoporosis Rx and how to try to navigate around the fact that the prescriptions actually make bones more brittle, increase atypical fracture risk, and even double cancer risk.   NO thank you.   That presentation fired me up …

Is your drinking water harming your heart?

It might be if it is fluoridated water. A study published in the journal Nuclear Medicine Communications definitively proved that fluoride is absorbed into your vascular system and that the fluoride uptake is higher in patients with cardiovascular events then it is in patients without cardiovascular event. Researchers followed 61 patients after administering fluoride and found that 96% of them had fluoride uptake in their cardiovascular walls.   After hundreds of studies have shown fluoride affects everything from cognitive function in humans to diabetes, fertility and more in animals, I recommend avoiding fluoride in water and never use fluoridated toothpastes. …
