I’ve been asked about uterine prolapse multiple times over the past month or two, so I thought it would be a good topic for my blog. Thoughts on Health… why I’d take friendship over medical advice any day!

I was at the beach with two friends of mine, enjoying the late summer sun and playing in the waves with the kids. Unfortunately, I was also battling some horrible neck tenderness and muscle pain… I blog about that here.
