Hi folks! I’m so glad to be back. I can’t believe how much I missed blogging over this past month! One post a week just ain’t enough for me.   So I’m back in the saddle, full swing, and looking forward to a really fun month this August. I have guest bloggers, giveaways, new art, and new thoughts on health lined up for you.   Today I wanted to highlight the eCourse that starts this month… Skin Happiness. Photography Assignment, week 3.

Oh my goodness. This week is by far the hardest week to share with you. She wanted us to dance in front of the camera. Gulp. I love to dance around with my kids, but they refused to join in with me. Miles cranked a tune on his iPod… he picked Hot Wings (I Want To Party) featured in the Motion Picture Soundtrack of the movie Rio. We loved that movie, by the way! Thoughts On Health: A New Hazard of Cell Phone Use

This the third blog post I’ve done regarding non-ionizing radiation and it’s effects on us. If you want to see my first week assignment pics, I show them here. Okay, so this week was about showing snapshots of your day… she said to just snap what you do throughout the day… sticking a little portion of yourself into the shot.  I was taking pictures of my son one day and thought, what the heck… I started tickling him with my foot and this is the shot …

Photographing… Me?

So I am taking a four week photography class by Vivienne McMaster, called Wading In. This course is dedicated to self portraits… expressing yourself through turning the camera around and snapping pictures! It is hard to muster the courage to do this, at least it has been for me… but it’s rewarding too. I have been exploring photography a bit because I’ve needed to learn how to take pictures of my art for my Etsy shop and pictures of just about everything else in my life because of this blog, and I really love it. But I’ve never had any …
