Grounding

Winter Checklist — are you pooping, sleeping, eating, hibernating enough?

Here are all the things I have pulled together over the years to keep me feeling my best during the darkest month of the year. And with Winter Solstice coming at the end of the week, this is the perfect time to make sure we are doing all we can to feel our best and slow down and care for our inner spark while the world sleeps on around us.   It’s okay to take these winter months slower, to tend to our inner needs more, and to make sure we are getting lots and lots of sleep. 3 warning signs the men in your life are under killer stress, and how to help them.

Because of my work with grounding, I was recently contacted by an amazing man, Jed Diamond, PhD.   His passion is helping men cope with the immense amount of stress placed on them. Stress on men kills… point blank. Whether from harming men physically (high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, etc…) or emotionally (depression, mood disorders, suicide, etc..) or spiritually (increased feelings of isolation and despair) the bottom line is that men are under killer stress every day. Earthing Reduces Weight Effortlessly

As many of you know, I recently conducted a 10 week study examining the relationship between earthing and weight.   Participants were asked to touch the earth for a minimum of 15 minutes a day on a daily basis for 10 weeks, and they were followed weekly for changes in weight, mood, pain, stress level, sleep, energy level and other quality of life parameters. I was thrilled with the results and wanted to share them with you first here!!! This is the very first time these results are being revealed, so enjoy them and pass this amazing information along to
